  Priya B. was amazing! My daughter is moving across the country and had 3 LARGE BOXES to ship. Priya was pleasant and helpful, making sure that we had the cheapest option available. We will definitely be back for all of our shopping needs. Thank you!!!😊

  This location has been my UPS STORE for years, and I’m sure everyone remembers the two seniors adults that attended the store for many years. Little grumpy but excellent service. Until now the new owners trained these young people to steal from the clients. I’ve had two experiences now when they want to charge me an absurd amount for a shipping that I knew exactly how much it cost bc having my two kids in College I’m sending stuff all the time. The first time I left after this young guy kept giving me different crazy prices (bc I thought he was new or something) anyway, I came to the Spaulding UPS location and of course they charged me the right price. Today it happened again, trying to ship a small box, ground shipping, and they wanted to charge me $62.00, I told the young lady that this happened another time and that I was going to a different location, she started offering something else, but I left. Came to the Spaulding location and I paid $16.14 for my shipping. The lady at the Spaulding location told me that I’m not the first one coming with the same experience about the Peachtree Parkway location. Be aware, and don’t let those young guys steal from you.

  I love this place ! The ladies are super helpful . Positive and always willing to do the extra mile to make sure that our mail, packages ect are taking care of . This place is worth having all your mail needs taken care of here! 10/10 Recommend.

  Terrible! I went to drop off a return. They gave me a receipt and sent me on my way. A week passes and my return still hasn't been scanned in. I called and they said they never mailed it and I have to come back to get it scanned in again.. when they scan the QR code, it doesn't work and they say they can't help. I go to another location and they say that the other location printed the label on 7/21 but never did anything with it. So now I have to get a whole new label and make 3 ups trips to get this item returned because of the overwhelming incompetence of these workers.
