During my visit, I needed assistance returning my Xfinity modem, and the process was extremely easy and hassle-free. The staff made everything simple, and I was in and out in no time! Fun fact for Xfinity customers! š” If you need to return your Xfinity equipment, you can take it to a participating UPS Store location. Just be sure to check your Xfinity app for return instructions. You typically donāt need a box or have to pay for shipping! Simply bring in your equipment, and theyāll scan it, process the return, and provide you with a receipt confirming the drop-off. Overall, excellent customer service, friendly employees, and a smooth experience! I definitely recommend this location and appreciate how easy they made my visit! āāāāā
