  Lady at the front was rude and hostile to start when trying to do equipment return for my last job. She kept making assumptions and telling me I was wrong over and over rather than instruct me I needed to go to an office instead. Bless the other employees for being helpful and letting me know.

  I had a great experience with Nate and Nitchi at FedEx. They helped me get my packages sorted out and made the whole process go smoothly. Both of them provided excellent customer service, were extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely went out of their way to help me. It’s not every day you come across people who are that helpful and pleasant, so I really appreciate them taking the time to make sure everything was taken care of. They definitely deserve recognition for their hard work, and I hope FedEx gives them a raise or some kind of recognition because they earned it! Thank you, Nate and Nitchi, for making what could have been a stressful situation an easy one!
