  I had thought it was only the Braselton branch that was this bad, but it turns out this seems to be a systemic issue with Fedex. I had a Fedex Express package coming, the driver decided at 6pm that he had done enough for the day and simply said there were local delivery restrictions (right, cause my non gated house has hourly restrictions) and returned the package for pickup to this location. Now, this is about 30minutes from my place, I won't be driving down there to get this package when I paid Fedex to deliver it. I will simply just keep avoiding fedex at all cost from here on out

  I've been waiting for a package since 6/6 when this location marked it for delivery. 4 days later and we're still waiting for this package that is STILL sitting at this location, despite supposedly being out for delivery for these last few days. I've already raised a complaint, but surely it isn't being taken seriously as I've requested to just pick up the package myself and they haven't done anything about it as of today. Fedex is a joke for residential customers.

  Package stolen a few days ago. I waited over a month for a preorder of a product just to get the delivery photo from the warehouse/back of truck. I thought the hard part of getting the product was over, and of course these guys steal the packages. Try and not let anything of even slight value go through this facility or it's gone.

  I waited for my package for days. The day it was supposedly on its way, I saw FedEx arrive and asked if they had a package for my apartment number, and they said no. An hour later, the tracking number showed that they attempted delivery, but no one was home to sign. I have my camera ring, and no one ever came up to check on it or take anything; they just took a picture of the truck afterward. I requested that they hold it at this office so I could pick it up myself, and to this day, there's still no update on my package. I called customer service, and only an automated message answered, and the call kept dropping. A terrible experience with FedEx.
