So why can they reach in to put new mail but can’t grab the freaking letter I need sent and get it sent???? I can’t leave my house at the moment to do the job for them and take it to the actual post office building. What are you paying these people for.

I am 99% sure the mailman is lazy and just shoved the entirety of the complex's mail into one mailbox and calls it a day. Always smells like weed when he comes around, too.
