I truly appreciate the entire team that works here. Mrs. Barbara always takes great care of me. I showed up at the last minute with a stack of certified mail, and without hesitation the whole crew jumped in to help. Everyone worked together to make sure I was taken care of. That's what real teamwork looks like—teamwork truly makes the dream work. The customer service here is outstanding, and I honestly believe the entire staff deserves a raise for the way they go above and beyond for their customers.

David was really nice the whole time!! But the other worker was really disrespectful and when i asked him questions he just said “Do whatever you want.”

I usually don’t go out of my way to leave bad reviews unless it was definitely a bad experience. I went to check on my mail that the temporary carrier lost to our neighborhood mailbox and the gentleman named Edgar was so rude and raised his voice on several occasions during our conversation. I sent USPS a complaint on him. Horrible customer service. Please send him for retraining.

This Post Office has been hit or miss, but on average decent. Until today. I noticed a line at self serve when I went in but no line at the full service counter. I took my prepaid package thinking I got lucky and asked for an acceptance scan & receipt. The lady told me they were instructed by the Post Master that they can NO LONGER DO THIS (scan prepaid packages) and I HAVE TO GO TO THE SELF SERVE kiosk to scan it myself. So what exactly are we paying the Postal workers for then? To sit there with nothing to do while customers try to figure out their own mail? Btw the self service scan doesn’t really count. Tracking doesn’t start until a postal worker scans it.

The postal employee at the service counter refused to scan my package and directed me to use the self-service kiosk instead. I explained that I had already waited in line and simply needed my package scanned and a receipt provided. She again refused and returned the package to me. I further explained that during a previous visit, I had been instructed to wait in line so an employee could scan my package and provide a receipt. In response, she pushed the package back toward me and stated, "Last time they were wrong." A customer who has waited in line for assistance should not be refused service by a postal employee. The employee's refusal to provide a routine service and her dismissive handling of the situation were unprofessional and unacceptable.
