- MVMichael VoJul 21, 20261.0Im so glad im not the only one who thinks this is the WORST UPS IN GEORGIA. I came to drop off some packages. Some form Amazon, which was a smooth process, but I had one that was for USPS. When I tried hand it to her to have it ready for pickup, which I have done at every and any other UPS with no issue, she tried to DENY it, stating UPS can’t take them. I questioned her, saying that every other UPS had taken them. She then says she can take them but she won’t be able to give receipt. That is a COMPLETELY different answer. I said it was fine and handed her my package ,in which she then tossed it to the side like a piece of garbage. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if my package somehow “ got lost” in transit. Woman was a tall black woman. Absolutely dreadful experience.

The staff consistently come across as annoyed, angry, or uninterested. If this is your only convenient option, be prepared for a long wait and low expectations when it comes to customer service. Easily one of the least pleasant experiences I've had.
