  If I could give this store no stars, I absolutely would . This is my second time coming here and the customer service is absolutely deplorable! The tall dark skin guy is the rudest, laziest, unfriendly, person I’ve ever met. On both occasions of having to deal with him, he lacked empathy, compassion, and just a basic understanding of how to communicate with people. I came In today with with a large package that was extremely heavy. He not once asked if he could help, but instead sat in the chair with his feet kicked up and watched me as I struggled to bring in the package. After reading these reviews and seeing the owner respond but continues to employ the same person who the majority of these comments are about, I will make it my absolute duty to reach out to corporate and have this store removed. To the owner, do not respond to my comment because I feel that though your responses show remorse to the people who have expressed their disdain for your employees, you still have not created a solution that would appease the consumers who frequent your business. My hope is that you would get rid of someone who is bringing your business down and create a great environment that consumers would enjoy coming to let alone spending their money at .

  Our driver needed to print paperwork from his email. The clerk was extremely helpful, and they had the resources to accommodate!

  This UPS Store on Mount Zion has become consistently unreliable. The store rarely opens at the posted time, leaving customers waiting outside with no communication or explanation. This morning alone, I watched multiple people pull on the locked door, check the hours, and leave frustrated because they needed to mail packages, drop off returns, or handle time‑sensitive business. The lack of punctuality and accountability is unacceptable for a location that many people depend on before work or during limited breaks. It reflects poor management and a lack of respect for customers’ time. This store needs stronger leadership, better staffing, and a commitment to basic professionalism. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location.

  I've never in my life been in any business and dealt with customer service that was so rude and ignorant. As a business owner myself this person would be fired ! Around 11:20 today I entered into the UPS store with about 10 packages . There was one person in front of me and the employee who was a black woman of Caribbean descent immediately told me to take my items and self scan them. I told her that I would wait for her because I was not going in that self service line plus I've had too many issues with using that self-service machine and it's time-consuming . This employee still try to rudely tell me that I had to use the machine, she even went as far as taking two customers that came in behind me with one or two things and scan their stuff at the self-service machine and left her cash register just to be evil . I see a patiently waited and she then proceeded to go in the back for another 10 or 15 minutes and made a phone call still having me and several customers at this point waiting. She came back from the back after about 10 minutes and still proceeded to tell me to go and use a self-service machine. I waited for her and then she proceeded to scan my QR codes which I had everything prepared and waiting because I knew I had several things. This employee Wasted over 30 minutes of my day from my office due to her unnecessary rudeness trying to make me use a self-service and notdo her job! I did not appreciate that and her level of evilness was RIDICULOUS! Whoever owns this store can surely run the video back but she did not even care! I have already reported this incident to corporate..... this is the closest UPS in my area I have dealt with poor customer service here but this is Extreme.... I will not continue to ever deal with such rudeness and evil customer service at this store and will definitely make sure that corporate knows

  Wish there was a 0 star option. Use any other UPS. After I left I was in and out of the Stockbridge location happily served in 30 seconds. I can’t imagine a worse representation of the UPS Brand then the MT Zion Location
