- KMKai MosleySep 21, 20261.0When I walked in on Saturday, Sept. 19th after 4pm, you have a female employee sitting on the counter crouched over texting on her phone and a male employee bent over on the countertop in the back on his phone. No one greeted me when I walked in and looked puzzled as to what I'm doing there. You would've thought I just walked into their home uninvited. After stating im looking to sign a package, the male employee asked for my name, goes through a box, and claims my package isn't there. After showing him the tracking details, he became oddly combative and refused to verify the package via tracking number or provide store manager contact information. Neither employee was professional, or courtesy. I wouldn't be suprised if they tampered or possible stole the package. Im filing a complaint with ups.

I’ve been here numerous times but have not written a review in hopes the rude employees at this location would be reprimanded, retrained or fired. The tall, thin lady with an accent is the absolute worst!! I’ve read the reviews and kept hoping things would change therefore I’m writing my review today in hopes that the owner will finally take notice.
