Do it hurt to speak or is the art of customer service is dead. Its always the same gender, same race im pretty sure people know who im referring too and im not racist because im a black man.I came in today on 4/10/2026 about 10:30 am to drop off a package I walked up to the counter I spoke she said nothing she just scanned my package and handed me my receipt I spoke again she ignored me and I walked off. You work in customer service ITS YOUR JOB TO SPEAK if speaking is hard for you to do get another position where you dont have to speak OR FIND ANOTHER JOB WHERE YOU DONT HAVE TO SPEAK TO THE PUBLIC SINCE YOUR VOICE BOX DOESN'T WORK

On Dec 17, 2025 I walked a package into your office to send to Jamaica for my sister's Xmas gift. I was informed by the representative that she should receive it before Xmas. I paid $189.33 and realized before leaving that the telephone number for my sister was wrong. I asked the clerk who told me to hand write her number on all the copies and she would be contacted about the pick up. Three months later I called Fed Ex with a request to return the package to me and was told they created a ticket # C-219278764 that would have been in touch with my sister because when I tracked it on Fed Ex it spoke about requirements that should have been provided. Unbeknownst to me the initial clerk made a mistake that should have changed the number from a 3 to an 8. It lagged into the Fed Ex there for custom clearance, my sister gave them her TRN number over a month ago and identified herself as the recipient but Fed Ex again failed to fix the errors in house and still maintained the initial 3 instead of 8 to start her number. They tried delivery yesterday and the number still has a 3 instead of an 8 and they returned it to Fed Ex. This ineptitude sucks and with Fed Ex AI it is a million times worse you hold on forever and they tell you sorry and goodbye instead of customer service for escalation. Fed Ex is not trying to please its customers hence the rating of zero.

How in the fudge do you not take something that is postage paid .. i guess because you won't make money on it.. every other store i have dealt with takes it regardless.. everybody head on over to the UPS store, they will happily accept whatever you need to send off with no problem...
