Which is BS They just probably forgot again & didn’t want to come back. My mail was in the box. They had no trouble delivering that. How did they “ attempt “ to deliver?

- AWAnastasia WeeksJul 23, 20241.0Usually this place has been helpful in the past, but I called them today about an issue I had yesterday with my package being marked as delivered but it was not delivered at all (it was marked delivered at 8:30pm, the mail doesn't run into the the night like that ever). I looked everywhere for the package, but of course it wasn't there because the mail person didn't even come. The lady on the phone said she would check it out for me and give me a call right back, but hours passed and no call or update on the issue. How unprofessional. It really shouldn't take all day to check the tracking number on the package and what happened to it. I keep calling them back but apparently the line is "busy" all day.
- CSChassi SwendsenNov 2, 20221.0I have a no parking sign 1/3 way up my driveway because the delivery trucks are too big to be backing up that close to my vehicles. UPS and FEDEX walk my packages up to my porch. The Monticello post office has the only driver too lazy to walk 20- 30ft up my driveway to put packages on my porch so she dumps packages in the wet dirt. She drive a little white delivery van.
