  I’m actually so sad. I usually have a great experience at this UPS. Tonight I pulled into the parking lot at 6:59. I knew I was cutting it close but that's life with kids. I got to the door at 7 with a baby on one hip and a big box on the other. I was obviously struggling. The door was locked and from the register, the guy at the front told me they were closed. I was struggling to hold the box so I leaned on the window and he said again... We’re closed. He opened the door for the customer leaving (they were still assisting customers) and I asked if he could ship my box out. He asked if it already had a label and I said no. He said “We’re closed” and shut the door in my and my toddler's face while I juggled to keep the box up. That was actually one of the most dehumanizing experiences of my life. I then lugged my toddler and the box back to my car.

  There was a younger lady named Claire working today, brunette hair and glasses. I did not appreciate her just raking my packages off the counter into a bin box. They literally fell about 3 ft from counter height into a soft plastic bin. She showed no care in handling them at all. I have never had an issue here before, but that level of unprofessionalism is uncalled for. As I said, this location is usually spot on. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence.

  I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism of the staff members at the UPS store. They are very well trained and always know what they’re talking about and give you confidence when you’re sitting out packages no matter what the size or importance are of the package. Today I sent seven passports to DC, and the lady made me feel very confident of what she was doing and how it was gonna be done. I’m very grateful for this place every time I go…. My wife appreciates the two so she can always send back her Amazon prime packages at ease. Thank you to the staff.

  That's the worst UPS. I sent a package in Canada. They charged a lot of money and Canada also. They don't know what they are doing. I will never use them again.
