  Website says it has notary service but every time I went in she was never there, would try to call before I went all the way there but no one answers the phone nor calls you back even though the message says they will get right back with you. Don't advertise if your not going to provide the service.

  I gave it a 1 star rating because it wouldn't let me give it a -100. This store lies to the customers about returning ur calls. And if u ask em why they didn't call u back they say ( we're really busy ) & thats a lie also. I've walked into the store & seen the employees playing games or texting on there phones or just setting around talking. So they have time to return calls they just don't do it. Because there lazy... I would recommend doing ur business with another UPS location. BECAUSE THE ONE ACROSS FROM KROGER IN MILLIAGEVILLE LIES TO ITS CUSTOMERS.

  Poor ownership and management is the biggest issue here. More critically, there is zero reason to use this location when the excellent Milledgeville Pack and Ship exists. Go local!

  Amazing experience with the associate. They are never rude even when customers harass them. Stuts is always helpful.

  Worst customer service I have ever received!! I honestly was looking for the hidden camera because I thought I was on a reality television show, such as “What would you do?”!! I know the stores are independently owned but too many like this could bring the whole thing crashing down!!! For my business, protecting reputation is of foremost importance!! I would welcome anyone to contact me to get the full and truthful story. So sad it is almost comical!! Don’t walk, RUN from this place!!!
