  This Store, For The Most Part, Consists Of Real Professional Individuals, HOWEVER, (BRANDON, OR BRANDIN), A Short Chubby Looking, Black Individual, Has Continuously Lied And Yelled At Me, Indicating There Is No Return Receipt Offered At That Store! I Find That This Mentality Is Because Of A Lazy Individual That Does Not Want To Work Effiently! Every Other Store Visited, Does Have A Return Receipt, Including, That Store On SR20 On That Hill, Except For, When That Boy Is There!!

  On the morning of June 15th, I explained I needed to get an application for a new car title to the Missouri Motor Vehicle Bureau ASAP. I was told sending by Priority Mail through US Postal Service would be the fastest and that the application would arrive on Wednesday the 17th. (see attached image) They explained that the US Post Office picked up from their location every afternoon and that shipping through them would be just the same as sending through the USPS. For some reason, the tracking shows that a label for the package was not even created until June 23rd - EIGHT DAYS LATER!!! The package with my application was finally delivered on June 29th - TWO WHOLE WEEKS AFTER I DROPPED IT OFF (and told them I needed it there as soon as possible.) I stopped in on the afternoon of June 29th to discuss this with them. Of course, they denied any responsibility, blaming it all on the USPS. But when I asked, "Why did it take 8 days for a label to be created, and 9 days for it to even leave McDonough?" The lady behind the counter said, "They don't always scan everything they pick up from us right away. Sometimes, it can take days." Well ... when I told you that I REALLY need the application to get there ASAP, why didn't you tell me that then? Incredibly disappointing.

  This is hands down the best UPS store I've ever been to! The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean and they go above ans beyond to make sure they meet your needs. I refuse to use any other UPS store around because they can't live up to the service that over come to expect. I wish I could give 10 stars thats how great this store is.

  DON’T USE THIS LOCATION!!! I had my wife’s new iPhone scheduled to be picked up at this location. 2 hours after receiving an email that it was ready for pickup, I received another email saying it had been picked up. When I checked the ID info for the person who picked it up, it said ‘null’. When my wife went to the store they magically couldn’t find the package. I went back the next day and it was the same thing. Everyone could remember seeing a package with my name but all of a sudden it was just gone. Please don’t trust these thieves with your packages. UPDATE: The leadership with this store just called me...So apparently they released my package to someone named Pamela without asking for ANY type of identification. No ID, no address confirmation, nothing!! They didn't even ask for the person's name. They just knew the persons name based on the obviously fraudulent signature that they left. In discussing this with them, there was an obvious dearth of common sense present. It's clear that someone working at that store was able to pass along the details of my package to someone who could then just walk in and pick it up. When asked why they went outside of their standard procedures when handing over my package, it turned into accusing me of stealing my own shipment. PLEASE, WHATEVER YOU DO, AVOID THIS STORE AND THESE THIEVES LIKE THE PLAUGE.
