  On Tuesday I went to the UPS Store to price on shipping two packages the young lady Summer Pyatt was beyond helpful I was greeted with a smile she had no idea that I was having some back pain she ask if she could help me she was very patient with me and when all had been completed as to the information I needed she walk out with me to help carry the boxes back to my car this young lady Summer is a star 🌟 she is the most professional and courteous along with a genuine need to help others she is the best of the best I walked away impressed by her you don't get customer service like that on average the company should be proud of her and her service we need more workers and people like her in the world Thank you Summer for making my day ☺️

  I came here with a vision, and Brevin brought that vision to life. He was incredibly patient, listened carefully to everything I wanted, and made it happen exactly as I envisioned.   I wanted to shout out two really good representatives of UPS (Brevin & Summer). Brevin is always knowledgeable, professional and willing to get the job done. He is very trustworthy and hopefully one day he will own the place. His customer service is outstanding! Summer is very friendly and consistently greets customers with a smile. In a world where good customer service is hard to find, it's truly a breath of fresh air to see an employee who likes their job and wants to be there. I appreciate that she is sincere in her interactions too! What I love most about Brevin and Summer is that they acknowledge customers by name. I'm sure they see hundreds of customers a week so the fact that they remember my name when I come in the door is so wonderful. These two really understand the assignment of making people feel seen and valued. Anytime these two are working, you can expect a positive experience! :)

  I want to give a shoutout to Brevin because he has always shown the utmost professionalism. Every time I come in, he acknowledges me, even when he is helping another customer. He has gone above and beyond to help locate my packages, like this one time when a delivery was just left outside after closing and the next day, he personally checked around and even spoke with the store next door to help find it. He is kind, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and has a great sense of humor. I always enjoy stopping in and saying hi. His leadership and customer service are truly appreciated.
