  Devita has the nastiest most condescending attitude I’ve ever encountered, while waiting in line with nobody behind me she made it a point to close the gate in my face. This is her second time being rude and unapproachable. My POA was prepaid and label in hand. Which would’ve taken less than e minute to assist me with.

  Do not go there they always try to upsell you a box even though you have your own box it is not a FedEx policy that it has to be in a brown box bought by FedEx. That is a complete lie. I called FedEx and I spoke to the customer service department as well as I called The HEADQUARTERS in Memphis, Tennessee. I spoke to someone there and they told me that as long as it’s in a sealed box, you can even have a logo or something on it. So do not go there because they try to upsell you boxes and other things that you do not need. Please go to the one in Stockbridge that does not happen there.
