  I’ve been on a job search for about two weeks now. I found Addeco through Google and their high ratings, but I’m sure you could find better professionals and better communication elsewhere. I can’t even name one person I’ve spoken with over the week I’ve called. Today, on July 7, 2026, I spoke with someone who seemed to be over her team. How could she be over anyone with the tone and aggressive attitude she had towards someone seeking employment? I explained to her that my team had told me to call back every day to check if any first-shift jobs were available. She proceeded to say that that’s not how it works, and I understood. So what’s next. After an aggressive pre-screening application, I asked her if Lu- was the only employer they were working with. She stopped me before I could finish speaking and said, “Yes, but you can call a different agency and they may have first-shift positions available.” Why are you telling me to call elsewhere when I want the position you’re offering, which is a weekend shift (Saturday to Monday)? Then, I asked if first shift was to come available, would I have the option to switch? She aggressively said, “No, that’s why I’m hesitant with you.” As if she wasn’t looking at my prior work experience. To decide to remain anonymous after the hostility over the phone is sketchy! I gave you my personal information, and you can’t even give me your name! I bet if I were to go into the office, it would be the same hostile environment. No thanks.
