I had 10 Amazon returns from when I’d bought 5 dresses, 4 pairs of shoes, and about 12 necklaces (purchased in 3 sets, not individually) for a wedding a few weeks ago. The return deadline was quickly approaching. Cassie, one of the UPS Store employees, helped me out and was awesome! When the Amazon app failed to recognize the return location I’d originally selected for one of the items (the same return location that I’d selected for everything else), she told me how to fix it. When my phone stopped functioning in the middle of that fix, I handed it to her & she thankfully got it going again! She was also very patient with me when I had to go through the entire return process for another item that I’d already returned via the app no less than 3-4 times, & had no idea that the attempts had all failed (2-3 times, yes…but I thought the last attempt had been successful), until I stood there, looking for the return QR code unsuccessfully for about half a minute before realizing I’d been duped by that item yet again! I apologized profusely as soon as I saw what I was going to have to do, but she told me it was fine & asked if I’d mind her helping the people at the window while I dealt with the dysfunctional return situation on the app that was also behaving quite dysfunctionally. Needless to say, I was relieved that the dysfunction I was dealing with wouldn’t actually delay anyone…so I finished completing my end of the return on the app, by which time Cassie was available to complete her end of the return, and the dysfunctional item was finally, suddenly, and joyously no longer a part of my life…neither were the 9 other items I’d brought in to return! She even took the box I had (for my returns) for recycling so I wouldn’t have to deal with it, either…yay! Thank you, Cassie! Best UPS Store experience ever! I’ll definitely be back for all of my returns & shipping needs! 😄
