- JMJ M2 days ago1.0Rudest person I have ever spoken to. I called last Friday to let them know that the collection box outside was full. I told the person on the phone I did not need a call back but they still called me back today four or five days after I made the call and before I could even finish talking the lady cut me off. This is a terrible representation of our government services. This is what our tax dollars are paying for- absolutely ridiculous. I am livid.

How are full time workers supposed to use the mail service? USPS can’t stagger shifts so the office doesn’t completely close in the middle of the day with no warning? This is the same location that lost at least 10 of my wedding invites a year ago. How much more downhill can it go?

I don’t see why this is something I can’t request as a customer.
