- DJDavid JPMay 12, 20261.0Visited this Post office for the first time. I needed a pen and looked at the container on the counter that was marked "pens" it was empty. A female worker (Cynthia) was sitting and looking/texting on her phone as I stated that the pen holder was empty. She then replied, " is that how you ask for a pen" I responded, "pardon me" she made the same remark with a snotty touch to it...I then told her that I wasn't asking for anything but telling her that her pen holders were all empty. She then said, "well that's because people keep taking them". Not my problem! If you're working in customer service be friendly and attentive. It's not your job to challenge any customer especially over a writing pen. When I cashed out she reached over the counter and selected the "good service" icon and pressed it. I said, that was for me to do, not you...she responded with "oh well, I did". Such a disappointment. I won't use this Post office even if it's only 4 minutes from my home.
