  I can't speak for everyone else but every time I use this facilities services it's a quick in and out even if the line is long. I want to thank them for their expedited handling of a recent drop off. It said Monday was the delivery date but it arrived today! I was expecting that the holiday slowed it down but it actually was faster than expected. Thank you all for your professionalism and hard work!

  Here’s a professional version that clearly documents the issue and requests immediate escalation: To Whom It May Concern, I am requesting immediate escalation of an ongoing mail delivery issue that remains unresolved despite multiple contacts with USPS personnel. On June 30 at approximately 4:55 p.m., Supervisor Erica informed me that my mail was on the carrier’s truck and would be delivered. However, as of July 1, I still have not received my mail. My mail has now been withheld for more than 10 days, and I have been unable to obtain a clear explanation regarding its location. Today, the carrier arrived at my business located at 2543 Bells Ferry Road, Marietta, Georgia 30066. When I attempted to obtain information about my mail, I was informed that the carrier did not have it. The carrier stated she did not have my mail, despite the previous statement from USPS that it was on the truck for delivery. A supervisor was also present during today’s incident. Rather than providing a resolution, the supervisor left the location with the carrier, and I was left without answers regarding the whereabouts of my mail or when it would be delivered. I was understandably upset because my mail has been delayed for an extended period of time, and no one has provided a satisfactory explanation or solution. I recorded the interaction that occurred outside my business today. The video documents the events as they occurred and may be provided if necessary. At this point, I am requesting that this matter be escalated to the highest level of USPS management for immediate review. I need answers to the following: 1. Where is my mail currently located? 2. Why has my mail been withheld for more than 10 days? 3. Why was I informed on June 30 that my mail was on the carrier’s truck if the carrier later stated she did not have it? 4. What immediate steps are being taken to ensure delivery of my mail? 5. Who will be assigned to contact me directly regarding this complaint? This situation has caused significant inconvenience and concern. I am requesting a prompt response, a formal investigation, and immediate corrective action.   Everytime I go to this place the workers look so unhappy, I told the lady Good morning, how are you? She didn't even responds, they don't even care that they have the machine in front of them where we can rate their service! Maybe their salary is too low? I don't understand, they should do another kind of job... Horrible service!
