  What an amazing experience I had learning the shipping process for my new e-commerce. The entire staff spoke to everyone so friendly, I was in and out, very big facility which was very clean with air conditioning. I own a new hair loss facility 4 min away and this location is top tier also closes at 5pm. And one last note I arrived 40 min before closing and the entire staff was smiling with friendly serve and enthusiasm. This is my new neighborhood USPS 🌞

  "I wanted to recognize the outstanding service I received from the clerk working the front counter today, Saturday, June 20th, around 10:00 AM EDT. It is incredibly refreshing to encounter a professional who brings such a proactive, patient, and detail-oriented approach to their work. Instead of just letting me overpay for a bulky bubble mailer which I thought was the cheapest I found from the racks, she immediately pointed out a cheaper utility mailer that fit my needs perfectly. When I didn't see it right away, she patiently explained exactly where to look on the racks. To top it off, her sharp eye completely saved the day by catching a critical address discrepancy I had accidentally put on my certified mail forms. Her genuine thoughtfulness didn't just save me a bit of money—it saved me from a massive future headache. She is a fantastic representative for your team, and it really made my day to run into someone who cares that much about helping people out!"

  Lashelle was so difficult to deal with. I came in after they attempted delivery once, and then when they never did and it got lost so I filed a complaint and then a lady from there called and she was so kind and told me that she would hold it so I could just come get it since I wasn’t home to sign. When I showed up Lashelle grunted after every sentence like it was an issue, told me I should’ve came with a slip then I said I wasn’t told and she muttered “you don’t have to but it would help”. She then argued saying it wasn’t certified mail for whatever reason, after she calmed down she finally took my name and address and actually got up to look. She found it within seconds all with a certified mail sticker on my mail. 🤔 Now I’ve left and I’m just wondering why she thought everything was such an issue and why she was so emotional about me simply picking something up that they told me they would hold. On top of all this she continued to lie saying don’t call customer support they won’t help you that’s why this is such a hassle but I’m LUCKY. I would be more lucky if I didn’t have to deal with Lashelle and her emotions about doing her job.
