- PWPeace Within2 days ago1.0How my 77 year old mother was treated was absolutely terrible. She has lived in this community for 40 years and attend Mt. Bethel as well. When my mother stepped up when the person before her left she was scolded loudly and disrespectfully by the lady Sheila or Shaila (4:15) and told her she had to get back into line until she called her. She was next, my mother told the person behind her she could go to her. My mom went to the other gentleman John who was very nice and available. My mom than told John she wanted to leave him a survey and she ask the rude lady what was her name? The response was why, my mom told her because I would like to leave you a survey how I was treated by you. She refuse to leave her name as well. If you can stand by you can’t stand by your ill behavior and Learn how to treat the customers and the community you service than you should be where others are as unhappy and disgruntled about their environment as well. This isn’t that area or location. Our community is very kind and welcoming. I hope someone pulls the video at 4:10 and see the engagement and how this same teller purposely was being rude and off putting to my elderly mother:

The woman that helped me went the extra mile checking for my package and then finding in the system that my package was actually out for delivery with the carrier. It all went well and she was very helpful.
