- MMMichaelAug 29, 20261.0I asked the blonde-haired employee working at the counter to put a handwritten note in my package. She forgot the note and sealed the package, then ripped the bag back open to put the note inside and said she would tape it back up. I told her no, I wanted a new bag. As she was repackaging everything, she almost forgot the note AGAIN. I reminded her, and she responded, “Yes, I know,” with an attitude. I left before she finished packaging everything, assuming my two simple requests would be followed. The package arrives at its destination taped up in the ORIGINAL bag she ripped open AND with NO NOTE. So after specifically asking for a new bag and reminding her twice about the note, she did neither. Extremely disappointing service.
