But when the kiosk instructions said I needed a bag of proper size to place package in PRIOR to kiosk printing the label. I was confused because there was only large plastic bags which were way too big. I asked kindly if there was smaller ones. The man was extremely rude and said just put label on the box (again at this point kiosk has not printed the label). I tried asking and getting reassurance that this was correct because the kiosk said otherwise about the bag. He was super annoyed and just kept repeating himself in a dismissive disrespectful tone and manner to put label on box. I eventually just skipped the bag step and it printed the label. However this could have been explained in a professional manner or just told me to skip that step. I will be using a different location now.
