  We have had countless issues with this UPS location. On multiple occasions, staff have insisted that our packages were not there, despite both the UPS website and UPS Customer Service confirming that they had already arrived. The manager/owner was particularly unhelpful. He was rude, dismissive, and made very little effort to assist me. After providing my name, he barely attempted to search for the package. He then asked for my address, yet refused to go to the back or make any effort to locate a package associated with it. (I will post this gentleman's name when obtained) When I mentioned that I would be contacting corporate, he essentially stated that the issue was "not his fault" and blamed the delivery driver instead. He told me to "file a claim" because it was the company's fault. This response was extremely unprofessional and showed a complete lack of accountability or willingness to help resolve the issue. An hour later, my husband returned and spoke with another employee. The manager was no longer present, and within minutes, the staff member was able to locate the package that had supposedly not been there. My husband and I have submitted separate complaints regarding this manager's conduct. In our opinion, he is poorly suited for a customer-facing leadership position and does not represent the level of service customers should expect from UPS. Experiences like this are frustrating, time-consuming, and ultimately reflect poorly on UPS as a whole.

  When I walked into the store, I could see two employees. One was helping another customer and the other was on the phone for support. The second employee is the one who made eye contact with me, welcomed me in, apologized for the wait, and said he would be with me shortly. I needed two tubes filled with my great grandfather’s fishing poles packaged up and sent to Arizona. Felipe multitasked being on a support call for equipment in the store (mostly just keeping the phone on his shoulder while he was put on hold) and figuring out the best way to package my shipment as they weren’t a standard size. I watched him take his time as he assembled two different boxes to safely hold and ship this truly special package that was once used to put food on the table for generations I never met. Felipe was repeatedly apologetic for being on the phone and the length of time it took, but I didn’t mind. I could see he was taking the utmost care in wrapping up my important items to ensure they would arrive safely for my cousin and his children to enjoy an old piece of our family history. Customer service is important and it’s something that trickles down from owners and management that is visible in the every day actions. Attitudes and service aren’t equal in every shipping store I’ve used. But this store? And Felipe’s customer focus? Those are the things that have me drive out of my way when I need something carefully packaged and shipped.

  Got their 10 minutes before close and the door was locked register was closed. After a few minutes they finally opened the door but I don't know why because they couldn't do any transactions. No apology just one lazy employee. I've come to expect out of a certain demographic.

  Been using these guys for years for a po box and for shipping and receiving. The folks are always courteous and very helpful. Definitely recommend this location for po box and shipping needs!!
