- DPD Payne3 days ago1.0I come to the store regularly if I need to return something to Amazon, and normally my experiences are nothing less than average but the last time I visited the guy working at the counter apparently didn’t like that I was adjusting the shape of a very small box so that I could return something to Amazon. Mind you, this is my box that I brought from my home, and I was at the self-assist kiosk. I said to my daughter “ok let’s see if we can make this fit”. She said afterward that she didn’t like that man and he made her feel weird bc after I said that, he looked over at me and shook his head in disapproval! Over me reshaping a box?! In the end, the item fit just fine, but I’m not sure what his problem was that day or why he thought it affected him in any way shape or form.

Everyone there is friendly, professional, and helpful, and they consistently provide excellent customer service. Whether it’s packages, mail, printing, or shipping, they always make things easy and handle everything with care. It’s nice working with a local team that truly appreciates their customers. Highly recommend this UPS Store location!

Because they are always smiling, always courteous, they know how to help and empathize.they are just sweet ! ♥️ . ( i been to other ups locations and they are horrible, every way that you ask your self why even came here. Would they even ship right? Other locations no eye contacts. No concern, no words, no help. And have lost our package) But this Roswell location 2146 set 108. Manager Alex and his whole team. Did such a great job in every way. That no matter where I am. I always go to them. Knowing no matter what it is they will help. Love this store that it’s whole team. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
