  Between RXO and third party ‘Last Mile’, believe the majority of negative reviews that Google shows. My items weren’t delivered because they stated they simply did not have time, and they would try again in a WEEK, next time they’re in my area. Since when is that acceptable? When it DID deliver, items were damaged, missing pieces, and 1 order did not arrive, even after pre-warning them I had 2 orders together and to not forget both. I reached out with no response other than a foreign phone tech stating she couldn’t even find the provided tracking number THEY provided me. Absolute clown show and unprofessional. I’d trust Casey Anthony to babysit my kids before relying on these jokers to deliver something.

  We used this site for an IKEA pick up and they failed to deliver. Upon arrival to pick up our entire order that was said to be ready the staff had less than half the order ready. When we acquired where the other half of the order was the staff refused to look in the warehouse for it. We were told to call IKEA. After calling ikea we got a call from RXO saying they had the other half of our order in their warehouse and had missed it. They were unable to deliver it to our residence 4 hours away and promised us a gift card to cover gas and time to drive 9 hours to pick up the other half of the order they missed and refused to get from the warehouse. So we drove back down for their mistake and never received the gift card. After reaching out to them 10+ times they are refusing to send out the gift card they promised to make up for their mistake. Terrible company to work with, horrible interaction, and I would avoid so you don’t get screwed over too. In response to the owners response. I have no received any phone call and it’s kind of worrisome if you had my phone number. I’ve spent the last 4 months trying to gift the gift card and was told it will be not replaced. You can reach out to the customer service members Birsha, Talimoa, or Melody.

  The delivery included the installation of a washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the installers had not been properly trained and did not know what they were doing. The electrical connection was improper in my opinion - and unsafe, and the dryer was not properly vented. I had to reach out to the manufacturer and am having to have this redone by another company. What made it worse is that they were in contact with the supervisor on the phone who understood that they did not know what they were doing. They also managed to get all our towels wet and leave them on the floor. in my opinion, this was a complete fiasco.

  I am writing to formally express my deep frustration regarding a recent delivery issue. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company delivering a product to my home. We were initially told that delivery would take a week, which was perfectly fine. The delivery was subsequently scheduled for Saturday, August 15, 2026, with a four-hour window from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Around 5:30 PM, we received an email stating that the delivery might be delayed until around 8:20 PM. However, just five minutes later, we received a text message stating that the product would not be delivered at all and that someone would reach out to us within 24 to 48 hours to reschedule. This situation is completely unacceptable. We waited around all day only to be told at the last minute that the delivery was canceled and that we now have to wait an additional 24 to 48 hours just to get a new date. I expect a prompt response to resolve this matter and to get my delivery expedited immediately.

  Company was paid to install a double oven. Delivered without issues other than driver stated they don’t install ovens. They confirm the paperwork stated that there was an install required, unsure why they didn’t think to contact their company to discuss in advance, what was supposed to happen. When they arrived, they couldn’t get hold of any management, but told me they left a message and somebody would phone me tomorrow to get it installed. That was three days ago and I’ve had no communication from this company at all. I spoke to the manufacturer where I ordered the product who confirmed they have paid this company to do the install, and they need to take care of it. They’ll sent them a message to reiterate it is their responsibility to follow up and install the product, and still no contact
