It took almost two weeks to even arrange the delivery. Very frustrating. Once we finally got the company to respond and we could schedule the delivery everything went smooth. If I could choose I would not work with them again. I suggest they modify the way customers can communicate with them because what they are doing is not good business.

Well, the operators who tried to set it up were professional, it took several weeks to get the proper paperwork filled out so they could deliver in my building. They confirmed the delivery would be between nine and 12 on Saturday, delivery arrived at 2 PM. One of the delivery drivers was rude and curt but the other two drivers were professional pleasant. I would not recommend this company for their timelines where the organization or their ability to get a delivery out. I will not recommend a high-end company like design within reach. Use a company like this for deliveries.

Called me when 30-min out. They were fast, careful, efficient, polite and in/out in no time. Removal and clean-up was fast and thorough. Very pleased with delivery.
