- OHOpen HeartSep 23, 20261.0My name is teja I walked in this morning for picking up my parcel that was supposed to delivered by today 9:00-2:00 pm but I walked in to pick up by myself by 9:00 am in the morning as early as they were opened but unfortunately they told me that the package were already distributed so I was waiting and waiting sit get my parcel by 2:00 pm and then the customer service told me that the parcel was sitting in the warehouse instead of delivering This is really a bad experience I have ever faced my parents paid 700 $ dollars to receive the parcel as early as I can but it’s really waste to spend for receiving the parcel for 10 days Bad customer service and totally disappointed

Has kept my package that was delivered 6am all day until the very last day for it to be delivered even though the delivery location is a few miles down the road. When I scheduled to pick up the package I was told I couldn’t even though I had spoken with a representative that said I could. Please get up and deliver packages on time. They do not need to be sitting for days on end.

She went out of her way to search the warehouse in 90+ degree Georgia heat, digging through boxes just to find my shipment so I could have it on time. She absolutely did not have to do that, but her willingness to go above and beyond for a single package was incredible. Thank you again, Ms. Beverly!!
