He stated it wasn’t enough to come out. No information changed, same address, same everything. Bad business. Response to company: I reached back out specifically to move forward with the original quote via email. After going back and forth all morning about the design, I was then told, “that is not enough for us to come out.” There was no mention of material costs increasing. I understand prices can change over three months, but the reason given to me was that the installation amount was no longer enough for you to come out. That is very different from being told the price increased due to material and labor costs. The issue isn’t that the price changed. It’s how the change was handled and the reason I was given for it. Poor business.
