- JRJeremy RifflardApr 30, 20261.0The worst rating I can give is one star. They deserve less. I am at the fire station, which is in their coverage area. I ordered tools from Amazon. They will not deliver the tools to the fire station because there is not a fixed mailbox at the street. There are a dozen people in the structure, but they will not deliver. I went to the post office to personally claim the packages that were shipped to my name at the fire station address on Mission Road. They will not release the package packages that are at the post office to me. I have showed my ID but they said they cannot give out packages to someone that does not have a mailbox. I have a mailbox at my home. The fire station does not for security reasons and they will not give me my packages under any circumstance. They’re sending all of the six ordered items back to the sender, even though they are still at this post office that I am standing in. Another package is scheduled to arrive tomorrow and they have told me in advance. They will not give it to me at the post office or at the address. It was to be shipped. Worst possible service. I asked for the supervisor and they will not give me a supervisor to speak with.

Even though many people have complained the USPS refuses to do anything to improve the situation, citing the lack of people choosing to be mail carriers.
