- BBBri3 days ago1.0This post office right here is HORRIBLE! 😒 The workers are lazy as hell and clearly don’t give a damn about doing their jobs. How you got time to deliver my mail but somehow can’t pick up the mail I specifically REQUESTED to be picked up? Like, what exactly are y’all getting paid to do? 🤦🏽♀️ If you don’t want to work, stay your lazy ass at home and let somebody who actually wants to work have the position. I’m tired of paying for services just to get half-assed service in return. Y’all need to do better because this is ridiculous!
- ABAli BluAug 21, 20261.0I’ve been using Informed Delivery for over five years and have never had an issue until moving into this post office jurisdiction. I’m receiving the Informed Delivery notifications, but the actual mail isn’t consistently being delivered. Sometimes I’ll receive only one or two pieces of mail, even though I’m expecting more. I usually wait a couple of days before assuming there’s an issue, but this last time I waited about three days. I finally contacted customer service and filed a complaint. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon. If the issue is fixed, I’ll be more than happy to update my review. For now, though, I wanted to share my experience because this has been extremely frustrating.

- BRBrian RiddleJul 1, 20261.0I expected a CERTIFIED LETTER from an attorney which required in-person delivery and signature. I found the letter in my mail box (strike 1) and the USPS website said it was "Left with individual" but NO ONE WAS HOME (strike 2), and it was delivered without my signature which is illegal (strike 3). I reported this to the Post Master but have received no word of disciplinary actions nor did the attorney receive a refund for services NOT RENDERED. The whole place needs a review by the head of USPS.
- BIBel InspireJun 11, 20265.0The WAY KRISSY FOUND MY PACKAGE LESS THEN 48 hours. This women needs a raise!!! I was so sad about my package being lost and not only did she find it she gave me a personal call!!! TOP TIER if residents ever have issues or need anything ask for her!
