- BRBrian RiddleJul 1, 20261.0I expected a CERTIFIED LETTER from an attorney which required in-person delivery and signature. I found the letter in my mail box (strike 1) and the USPS website said it was "Left with individual" but NO ONE WAS HOME (strike 2), and it was delivered without my signature which is illegal (strike 3). I reported this to the Post Master but have received no word of disciplinary actions nor did the attorney receive a refund for services NOT RENDERED. The whole place needs a review by the head of USPS.
