- NWnia wilsonMay 11, 20261.0This USPS facility is so unprofessional, rude , deceptive, and fraudulent. Someone will sue them very soon! Karma is real! I’ve received open packages. I’ve had packages that were NEVER brought to me marked as delivered! I’ve been met with delays and discrepancies to receive packages that I HAVE PAID FOR. This WILL not be tolerated. You all should gain dignity and a sense of respect for ALL, not who you pick and choose to receive their mail.

My apartments are in zip 31204 and I should not have had a package delivered to a parcel locker at this location. We have parcel lockers at our apartments so why would my mail carrier deliver it at 31220 and not my mailbox?

- CMChip MizeFeb 25, 20261.0At least one a week, mail person drives into my yard. This time BEHIND my trash can! I would understand driving over a little corner. But this is purposeful. Just use my driveway. This is so disrespectful. I went to the post office to complain. But as I stood in line, I decided that I didn't want them to get in trouble. Just want them to stop. I left a screenshot and a note on the mailbox with a reminder that all my cameras work. I live in Lake Wildwood in Macon.
