  There's one lady there who is clueless she sent my return package back to me instead of Amazon so I had to do the process all over again with a heavy package. Tried to call the store was hung up while on hold 3 times. Also the lady who handles my package needs hygiene help because anytime she is there the store smells like swamp saa and bad breath I won't be going to this location again

  I’ve been coming to this location for years, and so has my family. I’ve always had positive experiences until Whitney started working here. I do a lot of returns, and they’re usually quick and easy. However, every time Whitney has helped me, the process has been frustrating. The first time I returned items from SHEIN, she charged me about $5.99 to ship them back, even though SHEIN returns are normally free. I paid because I wanted to complete my return, but afterward I realized something wasn’t right. What frustrated me the most wasn’t just being charged it was that she seemed completely confident she was handling it correctly and didn’t check with a manager or another employee to verify the process. Since then, I’ve actually tried to avoid coming in when she’s working because I don’t want to deal with similar issues. I still like this location overall Layla was cool and the manger is also great as well and have had great experiences with the other employees. I just hope additional training is provided so returns are handled correctly and consistently

  I had to wait a good 15 minutes just to get to the counter. Someone asked the employee at the counter where her help was and she said from 5 to 7 she is by herself. In my opinion, 5 PM is quite a busy time because a lot of people are getting off of work and they’re coming by to mail stuff or drop stuff off. The line was out the door when I left, and some people even came in and left while waiting in line due to the wait time. And she may be a manager or an owner but I don’t think it’s very safe to have one employee to close a business alone especially a female employee. I have to give it to her though because she did great. She was very friendly and it’s not necessarily. Her fault that the line was so long, but she definitely needed help.
