  Whitney at the Macon north side location was extremely rude and non helpful at all. I’ve came in there plenty of times and had to email a label to be printed off and was charged nothing and she charged me $5.00 just to put one piece of tape on a box and print out one sheet of paper…. I mean just the most ridiculous thing I’ve EVER HEARD OF…. And her hygiene desperately needs to be addressed she was wearing dirty clothes and had the entire place smelling like garbage , it’s never smelled like that in that store until she was in there…. She needs to be IMMEDIATELY FIRED,with her awful attitude. She has and will continue to cost that store customers ….If you don’t want to be there then don’t but don’t take it out on customers!!!

  Horrible. August 25 2026. Worker hiding in back for over ten minutes while line formed. Everyone is asking if someone was even there. Rap music playing with foul language and lyrics. Terrible.

  I had upsetting experience Iat a UPS location last month involving an employee named Whitney. I was shipping a cellphone, and Whitney assisted me with the transaction. After I paid for the shipment and the label was placed on the package, I was shocked to see her throw the box containing the cellphone onto the floor. I immediately said to her, “You know that is a cellphone, right?” She replied, “Yes, I know,” and then pointed to a large black bag on the floor and explained that the box was going to go inside that bag. I found her response and the way my package was handled very concerning and unprofessional. Regardless of where the package was going next, I believe a box containing a cellphone should be handled with reasonable care, especially directly in front of the customer. I was extremely upset, but I chose not to make a scene because there was a long line of customers waiting. Other customers in line heard the entire conversation and appeared to understand why I was upset. I trusted UPS to handle my shipment appropriately after paying for its service. Seeing my package deliberately thrown onto the floor—and then hearing the employee acknowledge that she knew a cellphone was inside—left me disappointed and concerned about how customers’ belongings are being handled. All I can do was pray that the phone inside that box didnt break.
