- SOShana OdetteSep 24, 20261.0Made an appointment online for a notary. Drove 15 minutes for my appointment that was confirmed by email. I was told without apology that the notary was not there. I showed my email appointment and was told that his boss "pays no attention to those." I would have to come back on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. If there is no notary, do not allow people to make appointments for that day.

Absolutely rude. This isnt the first time I’ve experienced this with him. I’ve never seen someone act so miserable. Will be going to another location from now on. 10/10 would NOT recommend

Employee attempted to charge for tape on a package I paid to have ups ship, had to literally ask another employee and advised they don't charge for that just to have it adjust, he also had the address wrong after reading it from a document, reached out to manager who backed wrong employee who also said if you don't want to pay take the package somewhere else. Skip this place go to the next one closest to you. Worst UPS store i've ever visited, should be closed down. If I could rate it 0 stars i would.
