- MWMark WisiakAug 18, 20261.0Absolute worst customer service you could ever ask for. Why, because there isn’t any help from this location what so ever. I’ve been trying to call the location all day long and there isn’t an answer so therefore I have a package that was scanned there and never delivered to the address clearly labeled and stuck at this stupid incompetent location where help is unavailable.

One lady was trying to keep up with all the foot traffic coming in. However, there was a line. A gentleman came up to the counter to assist the other postal worker. He got the lines moving. He was very courteous, friendly and his attitude was exceptional. He made my experience a very pleasant one just by having a friendly conversation and looking me in the eyes when he communicated. This was a perfect example of what real customer service feels like. We need more like him, please. I don't know his name but my receipt says clerk 9. Thank you, Sir! Job well done and much appreciated. 👏🏾 I was there to mail 2 cards so I just needed stamps, but service was perfect today.

- AFAshley FordeJul 2, 20261.0Truly the worst customer service I have experienced in my life . Extremely rude people work here I would suggest just going to a different post office . They clearly have some people that need to work on themselves . I was charged for the cash back I requested the manager refused to even check the drawer to see if I got it or not until I called customer service then she still would not give me the money because the man who checked me out was not there . Then they charged me for envelopes I already paid for previously after I made it clear I was purchasing stamps . They are just really bad people at this location so go somewhere else .
