- AFAshley FordeJul 2, 20261.0Truly the worst customer service I have experienced in my life . Extremely rude people work here I would suggest just going to a different post office . They clearly have some people that need to work on themselves . I was charged for the cash back I requested the manager refused to even check the drawer to see if I got it or not until I called customer service then she still would not give me the money because the man who checked me out was not there . Then they charged me for envelopes I already paid for previously after I made it clear I was purchasing stamps . They are just really bad people at this location so go somewhere else .

The printer was right behind the lady but she refused to turn around and print one. Instead, I was told to go across the street and get the library to do it. Ridiculously bad. I did go to the library and they said a lot of people were sent there. Shameful use of tax dollars
