The interaction felt rushed and dismissive from start to finish. I had two separate returns, but after processing the first one, she immediately tried to end the interaction without even noticing I still had another item in my hand. It felt like there was zero attention to detail or awareness. Even when I said thank you on my way out, the response was just a half-hearted “mmhmm.” No basic courtesy, no professionalism. The job got done, but customer service matters. A simple “hello,” “thank you,” and “have a good day” goes a long way. Unfortunately, none of that was there.
