I went in to have documents notarized, and unfortunately, the person who notarized my documents did not handle them correctly. They notarized literally every page, which was not how these same documents had been notarized previously at another UPS location. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had the exact same documents notarized at another UPS location before and was charged only $10. At this location, I was charged $40, which is four times what I had previously paid for the exact same service. I also reached out expecting someone to follow up regarding my concerns, but no manager ever contacted me, and nobody followed up with me at all. That lack of customer service made an already frustrating experience even worse. I feel like I was seriously overcharged for a service that was not even performed correctly. If you are considering having documents notarized, I strongly recommend that you go somewhere else and make sure you understand exactly what you are being charged for before allowing them to notarize your documents. I will absolutely never return to this location again. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this UPS Store for notary services.
