- RVR VJul 3, 20261.0Man, where to begin? They close at 12:30p and are suppose to open at 1:30p as printed on the door. We sat outside in the heat nearly 45mins for them to open well passed the designated time. Went to pick up living feed for my frogs which are supposed to be held at the post office due to the live buggies for the frogs are temptation sensitive - so we wait, they finally open the door and then tell us they don't have them even though they passed through their hands and that its in the mailbox.... in 90+ degree weather despite the bright pink sticker on the box that says to specifically KEEP OUT OF SUNLIGHT and TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE. So we waited, wasted gas, time and effort when we were there on-time. Okay, well, I mean at this point might as well check the mailbox and behold this absolute marvel of a decision in the photo. So much for not having the container in direct sunlight, and so glad to know my frogs won't be eating tonight and their feed died for nothing due of incompetence and sheer stupidity. Absolutely baffling.

My first impression left me unsure, but over time she has really won me over. She always has a smile, is friendly to everyone, and is consistently willing to help. She has even taken the time to research missing packages for me and kept a positive attitude throughout the process. Every interaction I’ve had with her has been pleasant, and she truly makes customers feel valued. It’s nice to see someone who genuinely cares about providing good customer service.

- JJJtmSep 7, 20171.0For some reason our packages that won't fit in our mailbox will not get delivered to our house. Instead of driving up the driveway to leave the package , no attempt will be made and the package is just put in a parcel locker which is very inconvenient. When I put my home address on a package to be delivered that's where I want it to be delivered.
