- SPSivitri Pollard3 days ago1.0Service was absolutely AWFUL , got refused cause the woman behind the counter didn’t know what a scanner was, I’m not even joking and then proceeded to argue after googling what a scanner was that the scanner had a battery inside and the company’s own shipping label is therefore incorrect. She literally disregarded the own companies shipping label on a product they in fact specify doesn’t have a battery but runs bus powered and threw my shipping label away and refused me service. I tried to show her via google that my scanner is indeed a version that has no batteries what so ever.
