- TLTINA LOYD-LISY4 days ago1.0A mail package that we recieved at home was opened and 2 items were stolen. Customers beware. This has happened to us before. Just can't find decent employees anymore.
- CWCrystal WallaceJun 29, 20261.0They literally WILL NOT ever answer your calls. So if you're disabled and need assistance, good luck. The phone will only ring for 30 seconds before it hangs up on you. You can call literally all day they still will never answer. I called 27 times today. Add that 1. they'll keep putting other people's mail into your PO Box that you pay for and no matter how many times you go to the front to address it, it'll still be someone's else's mail in your box the next time you check it. And 2. I keep having to walk my neighbor's mail and packages down the street to them bc they keep delivering to the wrong mailboxes in my subdivision!!!! My neighbors have had to do the same for me. I've called multiple times to complain and nothing changes. I'm not going to keep doing their job for them.
