  Not a very detailed review. I had an item that needed to be returned to Amazon and I had never done that before. The nice guy behind the counter knew what to do, he scanned the QR code, gave me the receipt that I needed and I was outta there. Give them a try if you need the services they offer.

  I’m extremely disappointed with this UPS Store location. I have been coming here consistently for the past year to ship orders for my small business. When I’m actively running my business, I bring in approximately 60–100 packages per week. I’ve trusted this location with my customers’ orders and have never expected anything in return—just for my packages to be properly scanned, processed, and sent out as I dropped them off. I trusted this location so much that there have been many times I left without even receiving a receipt because I believed my packages were being handled properly. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Three of my customers’ packages were not properly scanned into the system and have now essentially gone missing. These are important orders, and because this is a small business, I now have to remake and reship these orders at my own expense. My customers should not have to pay the price for something that happened after they entrusted me with their orders. What was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled when I came into the store to address it. One employee spoke to me for the entire conversation with her back turned to me, which felt extremely dismissive. Another employee did try to be helpful, but understandably could only provide the information she had. Ultimately, I was given an 800 number and told to call. The problem is, I didn’t hand my packages to the 800 number—I handed them directly to this store. At no point was I offered any assistance with reviewing what happened, checking whether the packages were received, or even reviewing camera footage to determine what may have happened. I expected at least some effort to investigate the situation, especially considering how frequently I have brought business to this location over the past year. I understand that mistakes happen. What matters is how a business handles those mistakes. I have been a loyal customer and have brought thousands of packages through this location, so I expected much more accountability and customer service when something went wrong. I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for the same care and responsibility I would expect from any business handling my customers’ orders. This experience has seriously affected my trust in this location.

  Why would you go anywhere else for packaging, notarizing, Printing, etc. The UPS STORE #4892 in Loganville is the only place to be! A BIG SHOUTOUT TO DIVYA, SANYA, LALETA & APPU FOR CREATING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT & GETTING EVERYONE’S NEEDS TAKING CARE OF IN A QUICK, EFFICIENT, TIMELY & ACCURATE FASHION! I had a banner I needed printed and to drop bags off at UPS…. Today they blew my mind! Not only does the banner & the invitations look amazing, but I was in and out in no time at all…. The price was the best price in town! THANK YOU SANYA, LALETA, DIVYA & APPU I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU! @THEUPSCEO PLEASE GIVE THEM A RAISE, THANK YOU IN ADVANCE! I will see you guys soon! Shelley North
