- EBEmmy “Emmy” BellJun 3, 20261.0Never have I dealt with such rude customer service. I had multiple packages to ship today and made sure everything was prepared beforehand. I marked out all previous labels with a black Sharpie so there wouldn't be any scanning issues. When I got to the counter, I laid my packages down and the employee didn't greet me or even ask how she could help. After waiting, I finally got her attention. She then told me she had a list of questions, which was fine. However, one of my boxes was originally a Tide bottle box, even though it only contained dolls and nothing fragile. I was told they couldn't accept it. The frustrating part is that I've shipped from this same location countless times and have never had an issue with similar packaging. I was also told that as long as the shipping labels were visible there shouldn't be a problem, but I offered to mark everything out anyway. I went back to my vehicle, marked out anything that could have caused confusion, returned to the counter, and they still refused to take it. The attitude from both employees ( both wearing mask) was completely unnecessary, and the customer service was awful. I understand policies need to be followed, but there is a way to treat customers with respect while doing so. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. The staff at this location seriously need to work on their customer service skills and professionalism.

The office closes at 11:45-1:00 for lunch but this isn’t noted on the website so I wasted my time on a crucially important day for nothing. Carriers do not want to get out of the truck to take packages that need to go to the door. Twice I’ve had shoe boxes rammed into my mailbox so they wouldn’t have to get off their derrière. Twice I had to purchase shoe boxes because even though the Shoes were ok the box was destroyed. Enough is enough.
