- TSTracy SpencerOct 5, 20261.0As a retired public servant, I NEVER had an attitude or was rude when dealing with the public. Part of my job was to try to make their life easier. I was always pleasant, friendly & smiled. Sure employees can have a bad experience with a customer(s) or have a bad day. But, it appears the 2 ladies working the front desk are always having a bad day. Make people not want to patronize the Locust Grove USPS. Get anxiety just walking up to the entrance door! Got to prepare yourself for the "not so nice ladies". Man, it doesn't take much to have a pleasant demeanor at work. Don't cost you nothing.
