- ASAasiya Sharif6 days ago1.0I had a scheduled appt for a passport and 20 mins b4 my appt someone calls me and tells me that it's canceled due to under staffing...the person that does it called out...cool...but why is there only ONE person trained to do it smh and why can't a manager do it?!?! I work in cust serv too and we are trained for multiple things. I was once told by a friend that this particular location was not that great and they were rude...well they are living up to it for sure smh

- BBBrianaMar 24, 20261.0Came in for passport services had 10:15 appointment got here at 9:45 staff was super slow we were redirected to stand in Line which was in the lobby. They take walk-ins so it is pointless to make an appointment if the appointment time will not be honored. Best advice get there early and pack your patients for the elderly or sick there are no chairs so you will stand until you get called. They run this place like a trap house 😑
