Thank you for making the start of a new chapter in my life fabulous they also took a beautiful picture of me one stop shop for passport help. <3
- ARAl RockamoreJul 14, 20261.0Terrible customer service—avoid dealing with front counter employee CJ. I received an official email stating my package was at this location on 7/10/26. I went to pick it up on 7/11/26, but the employee, CJ, completely cut me off. She ignored my email and rudely claimed they don’t keep packages there. I returned on 7/13/26 after the company confirmed it was at this branch. After going back and forth, CJ finally said, "It maybe here but it's a lot of stuff and I'm not going through all that stuff." She refused to look and just gave me a form to fill out. Predictably, she called me today (7/14) to say the package is actually there. Because of her laziness and horrible attitude, I now have to make a THIRD trip to this post office. This whole situation could have been avoided with basic customer service. Management needs to address CJ's behavior immediately.
