My family made an appt for TSA and received confirmation of our appointment. We arrive at Staples and there is plenty of signage about TSA appt outside, but when you walk in the store, there isn't any direction or guide on where to go. We asked an employee and they told us the machine was broken and no one was doing appointments and we could try to walk-in tomorrow. We spoke with the store manager Tiffany and she couldn't care less that we weren't notified that the machine was not working and didn't provide any solutions. This Staples has gotten worse and I would not recommend coming to this one. No once cares and I truly believe that the TSA appts are not even happening here. Please take this location off the TSA appt list if you don't offer this service.

During my recent visit, I experienced unprofessional behavior, lack of communication, and an overall disregard for customer satisfaction. As a loyal customer, I expected that my concerns would be addressed and my concerns would be taken seriously, especially after my conversation with Corporate. I am disappointed that Corporate’s response and level of empathy was very disturbing. My request was simple, I needed a one page document laminated and the response I received from the local store and Corporate lead me to write this review. Simple as it seems, but you have lost a loyal client.

Staples is still a useful company when it comes to printing banners,signs and buying supplies for the office. This location also allows returns to Amazon which is a plus. My only complaint is the copy machines and computer terminal are either down or malfunctioning insome way. Beyond that the products are good and party city supplies are great.
