  I always go to this location for business needs. They are very helpful , kind, and understanding of my needs via shipping, needing a scan, returning packages etc..

  There is a employee that work at this location you will know immediately as you walk in if they are working that day the level of attention and determination to help is unmatched and all while doing it with a smile i didn't have a chance to work with other but just be able to work with the one showed and told me all I needed to know this folks care about packages and getting them to where u want it to go service was fast and extremely friendly I will definitely make this my ups hub for all my shipping needs AND the next time you go by give the one they call UNIQUE a high five or a appreciation nod the absolute best in the game made me feel like ups really appreciates me spend my money there Thank you UNIQUE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

  I was able to drop my package off at UPS & they were very nice & quick. Didn't take that long for the fact I had just got off work & had to go & drop a return to Amazon off. The guy printed out my label to put on the item & sent me on my way

  I went in to get some papers notarized and we was helped quickly. Everyone was polite and smiling. The store was very clean and they also helped me with my papers. I will tell others to go there and I will be returning myself. It was the Thornton Rd location.

  As someone who is just starting a small business, I’ve been at this UPS Store constantly over the last couple of weeks with package drop-offs. I’ve probably visited more in the last two weeks than I did in the entire previous year! Every single employee has been friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. No matter how many packages I bring in or how many questions I have, they always make the process easy and stress-free. Their customer service has been outstanding, and I truly appreciate how welcoming they are every time I walk through the door. I’m so grateful to have such a great UPS Store so close to home. Thank you for making this busy season of building my business a little easier! 😊📦✨
