I’m so serious when I say she is a gem and USPS is so lucky to have her. Absolutely wonderful human being and I would’ve been out a huge order if it weren’t for her outstanding customer service and help!

- MFMari FraireDec 15, 20181.0A friend of mine ordered shoes online for her kids for Xmas, the package was dropped inside the gate where the dogs tore the package and pretty much ruined the shoes. When she called to complained they said that once the package was dropped it was no longer their problem. Needless to say they didn’t care!! I’ve never had problems before, always left by doorstep or on top of something. This is outrageous!!!
