There was only one employee working at 2:30, Everyone else left, there was a line and I said I’ll wait after everyone gets service first but she said she can’t guarantee me and told me to left after waiting for 45 minutes!

- SHSarah HaidariAug 11, 20261.0Came here to ship my passport renewal application (which I know they do here since I witnessed it multiple times and online it TELLS YOU to go to a post office to ship your application) and the lady who tried to help me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly told me that I’m wrong and that it doesn’t say that online or on the document. Also went to the extent of saying they “NEVER” have done that in her 20 years of working here. I believe she misunderstood my request since that would be completely incorrect, but I brought in a completed document and my marriage certificate and I would have appreciated someone to politely guide me on what I need to do instead of degrade me. I just wanted to ship off my passport application . She did let me know the picture was too big which I can go fix, but then proceeded to say MULTIPLE times how wrong my picture is and then took OTHER passport applications and put my picture next to it to compare it. This was such an extremely unprofessional interaction and people who cannot put aside their emotions when at work to not degrade customers should not be working there. I just got married and was coming to change my name on my passport and just ship out my application and this lady just made my whole day awful. Do not come to this post office unless you are absolutely obligated to come to this location.
