    Absolutely horrible customer service. Made me wait over an hour and didn't provide any help at all. Extremely rude as well. Avoid this place.

    One of the worse if not the worse location. While I’m standing in line to pickup my package the lady called people in the middle of the line but not me. I wouldn’t be here if the usps guy delivered my order as intended. It’s just one lady working in the whole location while people are standing in line. I myself have been standing for up to 30 minutes getting late to work because some lady decided to let other people walk in between. Edit- after waiting for so long they couldn’t find my package. That’s usps for you.

    No wonder people give very less review i have loss my visa mail I have been trying from this 1 month and 15 days no reply I hop there ask them I talk with postal master they have delivered in mail box thats what tracking namber say but not in box not at the address and this is my life very importance documents I must say this kind of service need to shutdown if they can not help for very importance documents i did police report too police sent me to talk with postal master still no reply . .........

    Honestly, you get back what you put forth. Folks need to know what they seek to accomplish and how to accomplish it prior to rolling out of bed and rolling into the PO. Do your homework guys. Search Engines are powerful tools, look it up what you seek to accomplish. Come prepared, if you don't bring your own pens and tape- ask, it's elementary. Yes the clerks are there to help guide us, having worked as a clerk, these ladies have the patience of saints having to coddle one out of every three clients.

    I have never been more excited to move away from having to go through this post office. The mail carriers consistently lie, stating they deliver your package to the door and instead shove it in your mailbox to the point where you can barely get things out without wrecking the packaging. They lost one of my packages last year and kept promising to “go retrieve it because it was misdelivered.” Never got the package, just played phone tag with the workers who continuously told me that the package would be retrieved. Right. And then I couldn’t file insurance on my $100 package either, and no one from the USPS customer service line could help me, so that was awesome, lost out on $100. Put in a vacation hold for 1 week, still kept getting mail/packages piled up at my door while I was out of state. Their excuse that time was, “it was a new person on the route.” And finally put in a change of address because I thankfully left that area… still getting my mail and packages to the house and it not being forwarded, specifically the first class mail that is SUPPOSED to be forwarded. Literally the worst 2 years dealing with this post office and I couldn’t be happier to be done with them.
