- ABAlene BJul 11, 20261.0I continuously have a terrible experience here at this usps. And it’s tragic it’s the only one open later then others when i get off work. This complaint is for Ms. W Anderson I’ve had issues with her in the past as she wants things her way and nothing else. She’s also made racial remarks to me after I’ve walked away from the counter. She was having me peel off a sticker from my box claiming it was a label. It was literally barely a small white sticker and was NOT a label. Furthermore she could have covered it with a the label. I sell and return things that require usps almost every other day. And no other usps location abuses their power like this one. Even yesterday at lunch i dropped off a package with a partial label and the lady stuck the new label on it. No issues. The box had other plain sticker and no issue. So why is it this usps particularly W. Anderson have a power trip over a sticker? This is whole location needs seriously customer service training or they need to restart with fresh employees. I understand you might not wanna be there on a Saturday afternoon, but ma’am that’s the job you chose. I don’t deserve port treatment over your unhappiness and tiredness.
