It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people, but she showed outstanding customer service and a positive attitude the entire time. Her friendliness and professionalism really stood out, and it made a lasting impression on me. I’m very grateful for her help and hope she gets the recognition she deserves. She assisted us with our baby’s passport application and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Wanda was courteous, polite, and guided us step-by-step through the documentation to ensure everything was perfect. We were able to complete the entire process within 15 minutes despite the rush.
