- QJQuantis JamisonJun 25, 20265.0I am literally in here every single day. When I first started, everyone in the front was very helpful. Never had a problem is this post office. I expect it to be busy and have long lines but everyone in here always is very helpful and worked as fast as they can. Sometimes I even see them try to help two people at a time.I was educated on how to use the kiosk thanks to Toni That’s usually all I do now and just pick up. I have had experience with all of the workers in Here and I never had a problem with anybody. They are all knowledgeable of their job and Helps me with no problem. I even had experience with the lady who does the passports? She did both passports for me and my daughter and everything went smoothly. I received my passport in the timely manner and all birth certificates back. I just want to say thanks to all the employees working at this location because when I’m in here every single day no matter how long that line is, they work it with no problem and you never see frustration on their face they always handle everyone kindly. It’s sad for the them to get a bad review on most stuff they have no control over.
