I just had the worst experience from a USPS. I went in person to inquire about missing mail and receiving a vacant notice. I was educated around how to avoid it going forward and simply asked to make a complaint/give feedback online because there was no communication around this process when my mail was stopped. I was handed over to a branch manager after insisting I don’t need to speak to anyone else. I won’t go into the details of our interaction, but the communication, customer service, and respect here is POOR. Especially from the branch manger, Patricia. As I was walking out she continued to antagonize me by asking, “Is it in the air?”. Even she knows the energy at her location is opposite of peaceful. I have filed a complaint with the inspector general as well. Avoid this location if possible.

The kiosk for sending mail and packages seems to go down regularly as it did on me once again yesterday in the middle of my transaction to send a package. I had to go over to the Lilburn post office at 8:00pm to use their kiosk. My home mail service can't be trusted as we constantly have substitute carriers who make many mistakes while racing around the neighborhood. Today I put a package in my mailbox at 9:00 a.m. and the flag is still up at 6:30 p.m. I heard a postal carrier at 6:37 p.m. racing around the neighborhood delivering mail, so once again my package doesn't go out on time. I sure do miss our mail carrier of 15 years who retired last year as he always did an awesome job for our subdivision. Now we have maybe 4 different carriers who can't seem to close the mailboxes, coming at all hours of the day and racing around the streets going back and forth to fix their mistakes.

If you just moved to a different place in the area, make sure you visit the post office to get the new customer sheet or write your name and address on a big neon paper so that the mail carrier knows you just moved here. I visited the post office because we didn’t receive important mails and new IDs from the DDS after almost a month. We put a small card with our names in the mailbox but it was not helpful. I was so desperate and went to this office seeking for help. The lady there gave me a green sheet to fill out our last names and address for new customer and I put the sheet in my mailbox. The very next day we got all the mails from the past month. Thank you very much!
