  Do yourself a favor and go to another UPS store. The gentleman at the front had a condescending tone and unfriendly when asked about notary services. He also seemed unknowledgeable about the process, especially since I went elsewhere right after and had no issues completing everything smoothly. Customer service and kindness go a long way, and this interaction was disappointing. He could definitely benefit from improving his professionalism and checking his attitude at the door.

  It was expensive to ship my 2 boxes to Japan, but they worked with me throughout the entire process on the US side and Japanese side even as the package traversed Japanese customs and ensured my packages arrived safely.
