The STAFF IS WONDERFUL. I have gone for more than twenty years very professional, courteous, and respectful…what else can you ask during these times.

Do yourself a favor and go to another UPS store. The gentleman at the front had a condescending tone and unfriendly when asked about notary services. He also seemed unknowledgeable about the process, especially since I went elsewhere right after and had no issues completing everything smoothly. Customer service and kindness go a long way, and this interaction was disappointing. He could definitely benefit from improving his professionalism and checking his attitude at the door.

The worst ups ever. So slow and the India guy is very very sluggish.

This is the worst UPS store I have ever been to. Opened late 9:15 and the attendant inside looking at me outside at 35 degrees... I come in and seems that the attendant is doing me a favor. No customer service at all, the guys seems to have a thing against people of other races than his own. BEWARE!!!!!
