  This is the BEST UPS STORE in the world. Flawlessly managed. Staff are total professionals. Incredibly competent and polite. They go out of their way to be sure customers are quickly taken care of. They offer to help before you have a chance to ask. There is another UPS store less than a mile from my home, but I drive another ten miles just to do business with this store.

  am extremely disappointed with my experience at this UPS Store. I provided the correct address for my package, but the address was entered incorrectly, which caused my package to be returned instead of being delivered to its intended destination in Texas. What made the situation even worse was the way I was treated when I tried to get help resolving the problem. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to assist me, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She rudely told me I have 48hrs to pick up my package. When I said you have 48hrs to refund my money back to me she stated bye bye bye and hung up on me. Mistakes can happen, but customers should not have to deal with poor customer service on top of the mistake. I paid for a service and expected my package to be handled correctly. I would not recommend this UPS Store based on my experience, please take your package where you will be respected.

  I had a great experience. Had to get some important documents notarized and mailed overnight . The rep was friendly and very helpful and patient. I cannot recall the young lady’s name though . Thank you !

  I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. The staff were incredibly professional, courteous, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Their positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was handled properly. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, especially when you’re dealing with something that could otherwise be stressful. I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone looking for professional service, friendly staff, and a team that genuinely cares about its customers. Five stars!

  I would literally drive out of my way to go to another UPS store. The store owner is arrogant and rude. He's condescending and will speak to you like a child. He literally was raising his voice on me in the store. Extremely unprofessional. There is only one girl here that is nice, if you don't get her good luck LOL. Everyone else here has a bad attitude. Save yourself time and energy and go somewhere else lol
