Yelling at a client after DAMAGING her hardware because he decided to unplug the device while she was checking the final file. He made accusations against her and he WILL NOT listen to you or care what you think. He did NOT apologize for his accusations or wrongdoings. He then proceeded to try and keep the items that belong to her, despite damaging them, instead of returning them back. AVOID the business. They are not going to help you and will blame the customer instead of apologizing because they’re too prideful and believe they’re right. I don’t know how this business has this many good reviews when they’re okay with treating a customer like this.
