- JMJuanita MJun 29, 20261.0I was charged $.74 that is what my receipt says. But when I log into my bank statement, it says it was a $1.00, now, how is that possible? One says one thing One says the other thing doesn’t make no sense. The employee that charged me her employee number 385755. So I called Mr. Riggins and I asked Mr. Riggins if this was normal if there was a hidden fee that they didn’t say anything about he said no if my receipt says $.74 then it should be $.74 I called the bank and they said I was charged a dollar as you can see from proof. So something is not right

- HHH3llraiserTrailblazerAug 12, 20251.0I mean if you got no choice and arent in a rush then go for it but if what your sending or receiving has any kind of importance to you do yourself a favor and DO NOT use ups I had an extremely important package sent to me from 4 hours away I struggled with should I drive and get it or use a package carrier service . ... Welp that was my biggest mistake and a lesson learned...weather was fine so I'm trying so damn hard to understand how a small package weighing barely anything gets sent last thursday and still isnt here yet? ...its Tuesday of the following week...?? This makes no sense and makes you wonder why these companies exist if walking will get you to your package faster than services like these....Save your money and find a better solution with your packages. ( oh and fyi stop using customer service agents that barely speaks or understand English )

I had a package which was delivered there and I ended up needing it forwarded to a different address due to an unforeseen circumstance and they were so accommodating and the clerk who helped me got it added to the outgoing items at the very last minute so I would get it in time. Thank you so so much!!!
