I would give them zero stars if possible and all because of one lousy clerk. I went there today to mail a greeting card. The clerk told me that because it would not bend I would have to mail it Ground Advantage (a package rate) and it would be "about $5.95". I mailed the same thing about a week prior and it was less than two dollars. He would only say, "It won't bend" and just because I paid less the last time "Doesn't make it right. I've been doing this a long time." No doubt he has. It's a government job. He couldn't get away with his sorry customer service (I use that term loosely) in a private company. I wasn't about to pay 5.95 to mail a card. I took it elsewhere where I paid the regular postage including a surcharge of 44 cents and the total was still under 2.00. I hate going here when this man is "working". He is also slow...and the last time I was there he was flirting with some woman and talking about fried chicken places, Hardees having fried pecan pies in some other city and discussing what grocery stores they have up north. etc as a line formed. He could tell I was getting impatient waiting as he continued talking. When I got to the counter he sarcastically asked me if I was okay...then proceeded to tell me that the package I was mailing was too small. He then determined that it was a commercial package and I could mail it. I've been mailing packages for a long time and have never had such horrible experience with a postal worker. Terrible location because of this man. Avoid if you don't want a hassle every time you go.

These are the most miserable, unhelpful employees i’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Every time I come in here they’ve talked down to me like i’m dumb, and have always found something to nitpick over even when i’m doing everything correctly. If you ship a package here, god forbid your shipping label be one centimeter too close to the edge, or the employees will have a meltdown over their labels not fitting next to it. Don’t waste your time, go to a different post office.
