  I have rented a mailbox from this location for over a year now. I use to have 24 hour access until their gate broke. For the past 6 months now I have been told I need to come in during open hours until the gate is fixed. At this point I don't think they are ever planning on having it repaired. I also use to be able to leave my card on file for my mailbox renewal but now I need to call or go into the store every time my renewal fee is due. Since I work until 7 pm and the store is only open until 7 pm it is extremely hard for me to get there during open hours. This also makes it difficult for me to get my renewal notices in a timely manner as I am only able to get into the store to check my mailbox every so often. In light of this you would think the store would take that into consideration when deciding to charge a late fee. However they do not, even for a long time customer. Not the customer service experience I expect from the businesses I patronage. This will definitely be my last mailbox renewal!

  The 2 staff people who were opening were not prepared for their 9:30 am opening, as they were still counting the drawers. One female staff walked in at 9:28am and all she could do was talk about how her hair is wet. Their wasn't any professionalism or greetings while I stood waiting to be assisted. My return sticker on my package states UPS but they were unfamiliar with the sticker and stated my package was to go to FED EX. They were rude and looked a mess. This was 9/12 @ 9:30 am. Usually the staff in the store are amazing but those 2 not at all.

  This is my go to place for shipping and documents. They could be slammed busy and still manage to make you feel like you are their one and only customer.... They are so very helpful.

  Terrible store. Slow customer service. The employees walking around talking with each other and not really helping customers. Needs a drop box for pre paid labels. Really standing in line for 10 plus minutes to drop off a package is insane.
